Adara walked into the store, and took a look around. This store was musty yes, but it had well made, yet cheap clothes. She headed over to the rack of lavendar clothes. She saw one right away that she favors; a navy blue bodice on a pale lavendar cloth dress, With pale blue embriodry on the lavendar cloth and the opposite on the bodice, Adara knew she favored it. She went up to the woman who owned the store, and asked, " How much is this dress, and are there any accessories to go with it?"

"That'll be 11 copper pieces, and an extra two for a head-scarf," said the kindly-looking woman who appeared from behind the counter.

"Thank you," said Adara, "I need this dress, and this beautiful navy head scarf with intricate lavender embroidery looks lovely. I think I will buy the lot." With that, Adara passed over her thirteen copper coins, then rushed back to the inn excitedly.

"I would consider that a nice puke green," the woman said with a rather sarcastic air. "About everything we HAVE is nicer than THAT rag..." she said.

Adara walked in, and sw the elf girl blushing at the owners sharp comment. She needs help, Adara thought. Walking or to the elf girl, Adara offered,"What about this pale green, knee-length robe? The gray embroidery would go well with this grey dress. You could wear your hair in a braid coiled around your head, to accent your eyes."

"Well, I think this would look pleasing on you, why don't you try it on in front of the looking glass?" Adara said, realising she probably made the younger girl uncomfortable.

"Ur, thanks." Lisbetha said looking down. "Thanks a lot." She paid the impaitient clerk and looked down at herself. For the first time in a month she felt 'in' more exepted and felt well-liked. She smiled up at Adara. "Your going on this 'field assignment' correct? Because I've deceided that i WILL come." At that moment Lisbetha didn't care if they were fighting DWARVES she would go any where this kind human was going.
